hello!

I applied the Experimental patching process of June 05 2016. It works for Renewal but it dont work for Classic. What weird is:  I have set the resolution in the setupwindow  but when I checked again the resolutions dont show up anymore. The window is empty!!

I would appreciate if anbody can help me!

Hello,
The "No Client Info" error is specific to Classic. You should not be getting the error on Renewal (Chaos or Thor server).
If the experimental fix didn't work for you please try the following:

Bypass patch client:

• Browse iRO folder and find clragexe.exe.
• Right click the exe file, choose Create shortcut.
• Move the newly created shortcut to the desktop for now.
• Right click the shortcut, choose Properties, choose Shortcut tab.
• In the Target bar, add -1old1 at the very end, make sure there is a single space between that and the existing target path. So it should look like this: "C:\Users\Windows\Ragnarok\clragexe.exe" -1old1
• Apply and then OK.
• The new shortcut now can be used to launch the game.
• Note that for this method you MUST run ClassicRO.exe often to make sure your client is receiving the appropriate patch files. When patching, every active RO client must be closed.
   

 

 

 

A possible solution for the empty resolution window is to run Setup.exe (for Renewal) or Setup_Classic.exe (for Classic) as an administrator.
 
Instructions:
Right click on Setup.exe & Setup_Classic.exe. Choose Properties, choose Compatibility tab, check Run this program as administrator. Click on Apply then OK. Re-launch the appropriate setup tool.

Thanks Cinnamon for your help. I installed Windows 10 and with all the makeshift measures I finally succeeded to make run the game! Hope they will soon bring a definite fix!!
