So it has been a while since classes' aoes are adjusted to be effective on only a number of targets,
instead of every targets.
So it came to the fact that dungeon bosses should also be affected by these changes.
Which include:
Cave of Ulverick' s Stun
Hall of Oblivion's Mute, AoE
Sikuku Catacombs' AoE

Furthermore, as every classes had their skill cooldown increased,
dungeon bosses should also go under this change, especially Hall of Oblviion's 1st and 2nd bosses.
This mute skill doesn't seem to have any cool down but the duration last for 20 seconds at 100% success rate which is so unfair.
