I'm confused. There used to be a button on which stat you could increase. Was it removed from the game and was replaced with elemental points?

Individual Element Points increase (new system since Arcadia update) begins with Lv. 20, Individual Stat Point increase starts with Lv. 60. The stat points are increased automatically every Level Up below Lv. 60.
