As users are aware there have been reports that rates for Enriched have not been what they should have been. 

 

During testing before we event our big focus was on the rates of +11-20. For these rates the event appears to be happening correctly.

 

 

However it appears that the 1-10 ENRICHED rates were not properly set due to this players were breaking items that should not have been broken.

 

I was able to figure out how to get the server to output the exact rates.

 

Now what are we going to do?

 

UPDATE: The studio has asked that we pull the event until the event is fixed. What does this mean? All refinement npcs will turned off until we receive a fix. This is to prevent users from unknowingly upgrading gear with out the event.

 

We are waiting on a fix. So we will be doing the following right now

1. Suhnmi and Suhnbi are being retired for now.  All refine NPCs are being turned off

2. Distribute lost items + Ore + Zeny

3. Bring servers back up

 

Once we receive the fix

1. Apply the fix

2. Resurrect Suhnmi and Suhnbi

3. Bring the server back up.

 

 

UPDATE: Restores will happen into the night. We will open the server now. If you lost something or several somethings the GM team may PM you and ask you to log out.

When will the servers be brought down, and the Enriched Refiners updated? If it's next Maintenance, would it be possible to extend the upgrade events due to time lost?

Thank you for your work Camp but please fix this asap. I feel like this is really pushing the player base right now and it really is becoming a worrying trend with how many people are pissed off.

What about wasted safe to 7 or safe to 10 certs?

I would assume many were bought via cash shop and are very valuable right now (especially in bulk).

Also, let's say someone used Safe Certs to +7 their item and then Enriched to +9 their item, How would that be restored?

or

If someone had an item at +9 already and they tried to +10 it, and it broke, would it be stored at +0 or +9?

and then their items that broke got returned but would their +9 to 10 go back or stay??

 

no one knows if people abused this broken enriched event and tried to +10 their +9s knowing there will be a rollback.

I feel like this is going to be a mini mess and will actually take a long time to rollback (if done properly). There was so much hype and so many upgrades within a short period of time. I would reccomend taking your time to make sure it's done right because there are so many factors involved. Or just roll the server back to maintence lol.

It'll be roll back to when it was used with enriched.

So... Lets say i have a +9 faw sitting around...

 

Now that i've seen this announcement, i take it to the enriched npc, and try to +10 it. If it succeeds, i have a +10 faw, and hooray. If it fails, you'll restore my +9 faw and 1 enriched sometime (probably this weekend), and i've lost nothing (aside from a weekend's use of the gear)?

 

Shouldn't you have disabled the npcs before making this announcement?

What if you used Shadow Blacksmith and used Enriched will those items also be refunded?

if you succeed and have a +10, sorry, they'll give you 1 enrich and also make your +10 to +9
