If you feel you have missing items, you need to make a ticket. Here is the link to do that. You should also make a support account so you can view and reply to your tickets at the website instead of waiting for an email. Click on "Register" on the same page that I linked to make that support account.
Please be patient while support researches your problem.
Since no one here at the forum can help with this, I am closing this topic but please pm me if you have any questions.
