It's useless for hitlock.
It slightly alters your overall aspd (because the animation delay you lose approx 1 hit within a second period).
It also is flat damage, so you miss both any crit bonus or crit multipliers.
So a few reasons as to why this skill is terrible.
1- You don't need hitlock in every single MVP/Instance Boss
2- blame gravity
3- Not everyone is Critical.
The skill is not the best but '' useless ''? wtf.
It's useful in some cases

It's a case of, you will deal overall less damage if you follow an auto attack build and NOT use CRIT.
And no you don't need to (and in some cases you can't), but it does nullify the option of hitlocking.
It really is useless if you are referring to the concept of getting the most out of an auto attack build for a Ranger.
Why make it appear like you are doing more damage when you could ACTUALLY be doing more damage... you know?
That is what I mean by useless.

I got ur point,but what i'm trying to say is.
The skill can be used in some cases,let me use myself as example.
My Ranger is a hybrid type(like very hybrid,i can even manual warg for some decent damage),FB is useful for me since i don't want to build critical (useless for PVP and expensive ) and mostly of my time as ranger is inside instances,i don't need hitlock in most instances.
Fear Breeze can be useful if someone doesn't have the money for Critical Gears/don't want to go as critical.

I have some question not related to damage.
1) How do you deal with the imperative use of elven arrows while using elven bow regarding endow attacks? I end up thinking bxb opens up the arrow's elemental potential by not being stuck only with converters/cursed water/aspersio scrolls. In the game experience overall, have you ever been harmed by elven's elemental limitations?
2) Is your Crimson Bow endowed? If it is, do you lose the elemental property from the arrows while attacking?
3) Regarding crit dmg and AS dmg, in the widespread experience, do you end up using AS on the mvps or sticking to ctrl attacks?

I personally don't use Elven Bows anymore since I don't think the limitations merit anything over what other bows can do. It is merely a good cheap bow to use.
In the example, the Crimson Bow is under the effects of Mild Wind. Otherwise the bows are by default neutral element.
And that depends on the MVP. You have to weigh all your options before choosing.
For example, there is no reason NOT to AS Mistress, as she will die in 1 shot on average for me. Where is Beelzebub is someone I take my time with so that he is easier to take down. By picking off Hell Flies I am left with a cheesy MVP with an army of chonchons.

BXB is definitely going to deal more damage with AS, but i think BXB can be used for Auto warg too.
In general, how are the comparison between these 3 bows

The difference between the BXB results posted and what you are asking is literally 1.3% damage increase.

so in otherwise crimson bow at +15 out damage all the other bows in auto attack at lv175?
whereas bxb remains the top bow for arrow storm.

Technically yes, however once the Bio5 Hat is introduced it will fall shorter for auto attacks.
Aimed Bolt however will benefit the most from it.

i got a +12crimson and +12 elven [AK] and using elven arrow testing on normal mobs, elven wins on normal/crit/warg/AS dmg w/c is overall damages.
maybe if i got 2x AK on my crimson it might win on boss, but i just wanna be sure that i can use just +12 for dmg instead of trying to +15 it because of costs.
or i should just stick to my current +12 elven and save up on AK cards that might go into crimson. or should i still try to +15 my crimson bows??
i tried it on 175 ranger crit/warg build and plan on using it on this build.

guess its time to save up and try a +15. btw, on average how many ores to +15 a crimson/lvl3 weapon??
coz the chances look high right now on event but feels really low compared to before they made the fix.

I know ppl who used hundreds and didnt got +15. I used 12 and got +15. Pray to RNGesus (me, jk lel) and you'll be fine upgrading
that is so lucky! 400 ores still no +15 crimson bow :/

Its outdated.
The effect is +20% aimed bolt dmg.
+20% if carded into a lv4 weapon
+20% if refined +10 or above.
It was changed to Cluster Bomb. Also, if divine-pride has correct card art, "True" prefix cards are normal mob cards, not MVP cards.
