So, I have some questions about the current refine event.

1) If my item is +7, is my only way of getting it to +9 safely the Mighty Hammer (HD ore), whose success chance to items with upgrade levels below +10 is unaltered?

2) Even with enriched rates boosted up, if I try to use them to refine my item with them without enriched npc, will the item break in case of failure? (considering we don't have +8 and +9 safe certs)

3) In terms of cost, to get my item from +9 to +10 in the current event, should I use Safe to +10 and enriched ore or Mighty Hammer (HD ore)?

1. Yes, Only safe way is with HD ore.

2. Yes, it will break.

3a. Not sure about cost. There's MULTIPLE threads about it.

3b. Can't use enriched with certificates.

Dont bother. I used 600 HD ores to +10 my weapon. I had a +9 and ended up with a +4. Tried enrich after that and broke it. :|

 

I also used 20 safe to 10's. js.

The refine event is for those that upgrades +10 and above or the ones that are willing to break items to reach +10 using enrich ores.
