is this normal? some dg runs i have the when we kill the boss it doesn't give rune empowerment materials, i though it was supposed to give every time.

Empowerment materials are not fixed rewards, they are random just like other rewards bro.

Yes, cause if it's anything we love more than RNG, it's RNG that is biasly distributed through game content. Cause you know, PVP users sometimes get their runes when they win, and sometimes HAH too bad sucker. Totally a thing.

about paradigmatic runes.. where can I get them and how can I upgrade them? Ive been searching the forum but the way to upgrade the rune's cannot be found...

There are 3 types of paradigmatic runes.

 

- Valor runes at the bottom left corner of Junon Polis (Valor shop)

   

Mason 5342,5113

- Honor runes at the west side of Junon Polis (Honor shop)

Henry 5290,5235

- Unique runes available upon defeating last bosses in dungeons (or every bosses in Sikuku Catacombs)

 

Materials to upgrade them are from PvM and PvP Game Area games as well as daily quests.

[How to empower runes]

 

Next to the Honor shop which sells these runes, there's an NPC on the stair named 

Rena 5278,5225

Talk to her then choose to empower your runes, place the required materials then start empowering.

 

If you've inserted the rune into the armor just place the armor into the slot then empower like normal.

 

Attention: If you've inserted your runes into level 220 exalted armors, make sure you use Nepturune when you refine from (13) to (14)

and (14) to (15), because these armors are designed to be "destroyed" upon failure, once disappeared your rune will be lost too.

 

That's it for now.
