As the topic say. Anyone can give the list of item equipment and item mall equipment that give most it critical rate or final critical rate.

Ghost Buster Helmet, Top, Bottom, Backpack and boots = 7% fcr

Best Unity Gloves = 5% fcr

Now for shoulder you have 2 choices;
1.) Rune knight shoulders = 1.5% fcr
OR
2.) Artifact God Shoulders = 20% CD

The regular items depends on the lvl and class

i'm playing on destroyer class

for normal equipment and IM equipment (suggested by CoolSam)
i need to know about the normal equipment now to boost my Final critical rate

But is it a lvl 85 destroyer or another lvl range?

until level 60 only. and cap ^-^ did u have any suggestion for max final critical rate build?

You can use Bone Dragon (Hero) for final critical rate (6 pieces, 3,6%) (I don't recommend it thought, because you will lose move speed) and Boost Backpack (Signus) for critical damage (15%)

I have a Dragoon and i focus on the same build, altough max crit rate cap is lower on Dragoons compared to Destroyer (i think)

 

These items could be of use in your build. Remember that these items are mainly not part of any set.

 

Regular items:

 

Head: Three Eyes of Carsharp for 1.1% final crit rate

Back: POS wing (special opt crit rate)

Gloves: Premium Alex with +50 AGI or Agnes is fist for 1.1% final crit rate

Shoes: Premium fur of Kryos for +40 AGI

Ear: Aram ring of Perservance for 1.1% final crit rate

 

Make sure all of your items gives bonus to AGI because it increases the crit rate
