Hi Guys,

 

I've start to play the game today, but i encounter some problems..

 

1. My game stuck all the time, it solve if i relogin

 

2. Theres no gear showed in my gear windows, nothing at all

I dont realize anything wrong when start the game, but after i buy a weapon it not showing on gear windows

I've already ask from plare that i met on game, and some of them try to trade my with some gear, but the result is the same,

it not showing up

Addition info, only the equipment that not showing, item and etc windows works fine

 

3. I keep getting error "Cannot find File : sprite\bla bla bla" each time i go to eden HQ and sometime di game is force close because of this error

 

Please help if theres anyone have solution for this problem,

Sprite errors usually happen if the client is not properly patched. For this case, we don't know which files are missing so I would recommend a clean reinstall.
 
Some points to keep in mind when reinstalling/patching:

• Make sure you are using the latest client (official link, mirror links).
• Run Ragnarok.exe as an admin all the time to avoid patching problems.
• Have one single instance of the patcher, note that all game clients must not be running during the installation and patching process.
• Keep an eye on the patching bar for any issues.
• In case of "failed to get file" browse iRO Renewal FTP server and manually download the patch in question, place the file(s) under your RO folder, run the patcher again.
• Refer to this thread for common issues and their solutions.

Its solve now, the problem was on my ISP after all, my ISP not grant access to the patch server

So i change my ISP and violaaa.. i am on the game !!
