what stats and skills do i need
do i need 2hand and 1hand master if i use spears? 

Clashing spiral is affected by str? if yes do i need it go high str?

use heavy weapons such as cardo (2 handed) or hunting spear (1 handed). stack ranged attack modifier like archer skeleton cards, expert archer enchants. pump up your str for more damage.

thx sir for the infos i can i ask if i need the one hand sword master and 2hand mastery if i will use spear it will add damage to the spear? thx

you need spear mastery to increase spear damage, it applies both to one handed or two handed spear
