Hello. I've just started playing and I have a doubt. The tooltip for Charge Arrow says "15 concentration needed", wich for now I can generate with Impact Arrow (5 each use). But I can use Charge arrow without consuming concentration, even with none whatsoever.

 

 

Another topic, how does the global channels like trade or find party work? I write and send messages, but none goes to the chat log

You need to be level 15 to use global chat.

 

The skill double strafe is the one that consumes 15 concentration per use. Charge Arrow and Impact Arrow both generate concentration.
