Whats new equipment (and cards) for warlock that will be available when the episode 16.1 arrives?

I've seen several posts that mention the sunflower boy and magic old stone hat, but only i know about those 2, and was trying to investigate but I do not know where to look >-<

Flattering Robe[1]

Enable to use Endure Lv.1

Matk + 50
When character base level is 120 of higher, add an additional Matk + 50
When character base level is 140 of higher, add an additional Matk + 50
when worn with Ancient Cape
MSP + 10%, MSP + 1% per refine rate
Flee + 10, Flee+ 1 per refine rate
when worn with Survivor's Manteau
MHP + 10%, MHP + 1% per refine rate
Matk + 2%, Matk + 1% per refine rate
Class : Armor
Defense : 0
Weight : 10
Required Level : 100
Jobs : All

 

Use 1200 token of honor to exchange.

This robe can be enchanted with special enchantments.

There're 6 type enchantments for 6 status. Each status has 3 levels.

 

Only Int rune is good for mage classes.

 

Intelligent Rune (lv 1~3)
lv 1 : If refine rate is 7 or higher, Int+5. If refine rate is 10 or higher, additional Matk+5%
lv 2 : If refine rate is 7 or higher, Int+6. If refine rate is 11 or higher, additional Int+1, Matk+7%
lv 3 : If refine rate is 7 or higher, Int+7. If refine rate is 12 or  higher, additional Int+1,  Matk+8%. If refine rate is 13 or higher,  additional Int+1,  Matk+2%

 

Cost 20 Token of Honor per enchant. (Not sure if there's failure rate) Enchantment is random.
Enchanted Robe can be de-enchanted with 100% success rate. (only robe which has enchanted both slots can be de-enchanted)

Thats pretty cool 150 MATK default for 140+ and of course that endure 1 is juicy enchants arent too bad aswell

2 times, on 4th and 3rd slot. Please note, as I said, even you get an unwanted enchant on 4th slot. You still have to enchant on 3rd slot and then reset both slots to redo enchant again, can't reset while only enchant on 4th slot.

Pretty sure that your IRO will get that robe in the future since it's episode-related item.
While a lot of them were denied because most your people justified them OP.
I won't talk about Tempest set anymore. But I heard that some stuff were denied too such as fixed casting time enchant stones. That's so regretful. :(

The problem will be addressed if iRO costumizes these OP stuff (except that particular robe as it adds matk not int) to "mage class only". Mage classes ought to be the most OP (but squishy) class in every RPG game anyways.

also adding more firepower on autocasters, glad it is not only restricted to mages *cough shadow chaser, cough AB, cough metallic sound performers, cough soul destroyer gx, cough more OP geneticist*

I don't see any problem with the ones you mentioned except maybe the geneticist and autocast GX part. It's apparent that the mage classes benefit the most from the high matk boost the armor gives. While I believe that most classes and builds you mentioned are not that strong to begin with and thus could use some boost from the armor, it may be safer to say that the armor shouldn't be equip-able by Genes and GXs since their crits are already OP and their autocast will make it worst. And SD GXs will be QQing. xD

On a serious note, at least the OP skills like DB and AS won't benefit from the great deal of matk the armor gives.

Ranger (and other physical classes) won't care about Flattering Robe since there's Abusive Robe, Flattering Robe counterpart . :heh:

I see. Welp, I guess there's really no way for mage classes to reclaim their lost glory since for every magic-buffing gear the game develops, there is always a physical counterpart to practically nullify any advantage it creates for mages. =V

More like the MDEF formula screws them harder than the DEF formula. 4 times harder to be precise. Also, Acid Bomb, Dragon Breath, Guilhotine Fist, and Cart Cannon ignore DEF (CC ignores the formula, but the damage is directly reduced by the target's DEF). I don't know about GoH and TC, though. And GXes have Ice Pick as an realtively easy to get alternative if they need to bypass DEF.

 

Tell me which spells ignore MDEF?
