Hi, I'm kind of a veteran but I just moved to have a fresh start here in Classic Loki for a while. With the Jumping Janeway quest line, I can jump start my level quite fast. (a little question here though, I felt like some people are still leveling the 'classic' way; are they just trying to recollect the past, are there a reason you should not use the jumping janeway quest, or is it just my misunderstanding?)

However, soon as I hit 60, I started to need some gears (eyeing undershirt+pantie, unslotted of course, right now) and then the problem struck me; I have no zeny at all and I don't know how to make a living here.

I stopped playing RO for quite a long time and I don't really know what's today's commodities anymore. I tried to take a walk in the market but I still can't get the hang of it (BTW, is the marketplace here in Prontera? In the regional server I came from it was always in Morroc. I heard my region was the odd one out but never know where the market was in other servers). The last time I played, commodities were still Oridecon & Elunium, but there was none in the market at all right now; I feel kind of lost.

Any advice on what should I be farming to get some startup fortune? Or do I have to OC garbage until I have enough zeny for the undies set and use them to get more level first?

You can still sell ori/elu/steel, although unsure if there is a gearless friendly (besides mage) location to do so.
.
I just started again as well. It seems WoE supplies do not sell for as much, probably due to those supply boxes. Same goes for the lower level repeatable exp quest items (earthworm peelings), this one for obvious reasons.
.
Overall there are not too many players, so not a lot of stuff will be vending at once.
.
Some cards still seem to vend at decent prices, although unsure on how many them actually sell. Byalan dungeon (Marc, phen, etc.) should be relatively easy to do, although some degree of luck is still required.
.
Use ragial for shop locations. People vend in Prontera or that teleport place with the Janeway npc.

guilds will always buy blue herbs regardless of supply boxes, and antelope horns. That's probably your best starting point.

You could also do the seal quests and sell the stones from the end of those quests for 5~6m each (I'll buy all hit me up at west kafra!) also ACAs and icepicks

You could also make a knight and borrow a guild dungeon to farm and sell the supply boxes. A brocca is fine (I'd even give you one since I have many and they dont sell well)

Bottles and blue herbs would be the easiest to farm. Also, if you can kill alligators, you can make the most of the turn in and also collect anolian skins to sell. They do drop ygg seeds too which sell fast. That map also has poison spores so you can prolly be able to get some karvo too for additional income.

You can PM me your ingame name and I might be able to give you some quest items for the jewelry box quest which you can do at some point that can help you with the starting zeny. That is, if you are into questing.

Thank you very much guys. I'll go and see what I can do with those advice. What are the seal quests Xellie mentioned though?
