Can you verify refine rates on Chaos vs Sakray.  And instead of using GM character to do so please use lvl 1 novice, or better yet MY characters?   This event has caused me ONLY grief as I have broke 8x M. Bunny Specials at +5 and +6...  2x at +9...   This is getting to the point I am going to be completely DONE supporting these upgrade events.

 

It seems to be working as described for everyone else. 

 

Check the refine rate thread for people's success/failures -- my own matches with the written rates, though with a long unlucky streak in +9ing level 4 weapons.

While your rate getting to +7 was below average, you must have gotten higher than average rates getting to +9 as the chance of getting from +4 to +9 with the event rates is 18.24%. Since you got 2/8 = 25% to +9, then you did better than average up to that point. In the end, upgrading with a chance of failure is a gamble. I know someone who upgraded 3 items out of 3 to +9 and subsequently 1 made it to +10 this event.

If you did only 8, the chance would seem biased.. I can approve the refine rates because I did hundreds of them and got 30s weapons and armors to +10..

I filed a ticket to transfer the Zaha Doll Hat to my baby acolyte so I could look cute and still be quite useful for boosting lowbie characters. Was never able to use Magnificat though.

Anyway, will the hat still be character bound?

Can we have monster in the TI's changed so the monsters in low, mid, and high TI all drop crimson weapons?  I am pretty sure if you guys change it to monsters that drop crimson katars, bows, and daggers, that more people will upgrade more, therefore increasing more sales in HD or enriched ores.

 

How about:

Low TI:  Injustice

Mid TI:  Owl Baron

High TI:  Wickebine Tres
