Common problem. Usually clearing your cache and cookies helps. Or change to some new fresh browser

Hello,
- Disable any Adblock addon.
- Clear your browser cache folder.
- Try a different web browser.
- Use another device.
If non works then have to wait on that ticket unfortunately.
