So uhh
I have a list of the changes, but I'm on my phone atm so can't post it.

What I can mention is this

Terror at lvl 9 and 10 are currently bugged and last for 1 second. This will be fixed. For now use lvl 8. Works properly

Also, make sure if you are playing a zerk or warlord you reset your skills via ujc. If you do not, charge will not work.

Lastly mental mitigation is also a little bugged. Not sure why. We will look into its cd and see what happened

warriors/warlords/berserks need a forced skill/dna reset. i still have Mental Mitigation lvl 7 XD

also yes they should have been reset =P

also many skill descriptions have wrong values

yeah except that -.2 seconds results in the skill not working lol

and yes, descriptions for a lot of skills are currently broken

 

we will try to get those fixed

 

i cant make any promises, but hopefully maybe next patch?

sorry, i need to get into the habit of writing up what is done right AFTER its done, not 2 weeks later lol

 

and well yeah its a bit more damage, its a low lvl skill, couldnt really go nuts on it haha

 

we'll probably go over DNA's a bit more thoroughly later, and of course zerks are not done.

warlord is mostly done, FOR NOW, (the current skill changes we doing are to balance out the game as much as possible before introducing new things)

 

zerk will get tinkered with a bit more as well

though tbh, lost some of my drive with the way some people replied to these changes.

some went absolutely nuts and never even logged in game to see how the changes pan out

others went absolutely nuts over the...literally 1 skill bug...terror lvl 9/10...

 

and of course the pet bug being blamed on skill changes was also really silly...

Bind is 4 seconds less duration
Hush no longer slows
Charge is no longer spammable
But yup nothing changed

maybe dashes can broke this  bind stat this will give a chance to some class escape before any tempest ,defiler shaman make this  lethal 

 

i no see much problems about wl but this  combination is unfair , is like grind plpls

My man, I barely was able to convince people that 13 wouldn't feel bad.
If I made it any lower people would cry so hard new York would get flooded
As for dash removing it, not very helpful
