Can the fire, cold, etc. proof pots stack with each other or there can only be one effect at a time?

 

Is a thunderproof potion as good as an armor with dokebi?

 

Does dokebi and thunderproof stack?

for proof stacking, i dunno. never tried. if u want to test, just test on pvp, u use 2-3 pots at same time and got attacked by different element.

about interaction with elemental armor, elemental armor doesnt stack with elemental reduction gears and consumables, it just make final element damage (after reduced by gears or pots) to be cut by 75%.

 

case:

you have 0 hard mdef, and 0 soft mdef, you are hit by 1000 damage fire ball

if you use fire armor (75% fire resist) only, the damage becomes 250 damage (note this as armor effect)

if you use valk shield (20% fire resist) only, the damage becomes 800 (note this as equip effect)

if you use fireproof pots (20% fire resist) only, the damage becomes 800 (note this as consumable effect)

 

now:

if you use fireproof pots and valk shield, the damage becomes 1000*(80% from fireproof)*(80% from valk shield) = 640 damage

if you use fireproof pots and fire armor, the damage becomes 1000*(80% from fireproof)*(25% from fire armor) = 200 damage

if you use valk shield and fire armor, the damage becomes 1000*(80% from valk shield)*(25% from fire armor) = 200 damage

if you use fireproof, valkshield and fire armor, the damage becomes 1000*(80%)*(80%)*(25%) = 160 damage

 

say, you use jakk card, it will stack additively with valk shield, so your resistance from equip effect becomes 20% (from valk shield) + 30% (from jakk card) = 50%

 

if you use fireproof, valkshield, jakk garment, and fire armor, the damage becomes 1000*(80%)*(50%)*(25%) = 100 damage

 

if you add 2 glorious rings, 2 leib olmai card, nid garb, they all added to equip effects, so you need to calculate total resistance from equip 20% valk shield + 30% jakk card + 20% (2x glor ring) + 20% (2x leib olmai) + 7% nid garb = 97%

 

if you use fireproof, valkshield, jakk card, 2x glor ring, 2x leib olmai card, nid garb and fire armor, the dmg becomes 1000*(80%)*(3%)*(25%) = 6 damage

Yes they stack with any other gear or proof potion.

Since they give 20% resistance to their elememt and 15% increased damage from its counterpart, using all of them at same time gives you 5% resistance for each element (20-15)

oops forgot it is 20%, i thought it is 30%
