i would like to suggest an exchange npc for a perfect enchanted piece of sarah earring.

 

maybe like 150~200 pcs of shards for a perfect enchanted piece.

 

because seriously, it's a hell to make a perfect one.

actually that defeats the purpose of RNG gambling.

It's non-cash shop based tho, so I don't think giving you an out would hurt. 

 

Personally, I'd be happier if it was a tier upgrade system that increasingly needs more and more shards. Like how the 1st enchant on temporal boots with coags work. I wouldn't even mind if it was in the hundreds (200 shards for first enchant, 300 shards for second enchant) because then at least you know you are certain to have this item. 

 

Or gamble. I do not like gambling, so hey.
