Hi. I've tested that when i had 230% ATKspeed i spam X faster than 300%+ (with enable Fast X-attack), even with 350%+, holding keyboard. With controller + turbo, 300% is faster than 230%. 

Is it a bug, animation lagging, or it always that since Fast X-attack enabled ingame?

Depends on your im weapon, those with animations like tuna and stuff drop your fps to like point negative 0, jk, but yeah. Make sure you don't use weapons with animation when checking for atk spd.

I tested with both IM weapons, one with GFX (Tuna, Magical ice, Sharp paw..), one without GFX, nothing different. Also my comp isnt weak that can drop fps, maybe the point here is animation lag from holding key :<

maybe your controller has a higher responding rate than your keyboard

btw animation lag is simply fps drop, if your frames drop the animations begin to "lag"
