First Question:

When can I access [Ripped Paper Pieces in the Camp] quest?

I try to look for it but never find it. Is there any prerequisite quest that I need to take before?

 

Second Question:

How can I complete the [Something near the Waterfall] quest?

If I'm remembering this correctly, Ripped Paper Pieces is only available during the second phase of the Jawaii Wonderland Opening. Something near the Waterfall, I think is during the third phase.

 

I might be wrong as to which phases, but they are only available during specific phases of opening Wonderland.
