Help me guys i need your suggestion, I File a Ticket already since 08/15/2015 but they said ( Noted ) then i wait until now almost 1 year + nothing happen, then i have my 2 items +11 WHite Edgga and +7 VF in my inventory that i want to use for my leveling my other account but i cant bcuz they stock in that inventory ( DC Character ) can i retrive my equipment in my inventory ? do i have to file new ticket or what ?
Help? what can i do, Delete my Character (Disconnection Problem Ticket)Or What?

The new ticket has been forwarded.
From what I know, Thor DC issues specifically are handled by a specialist iRO team, so kindly be patient as the ticket finds its way through the queue to that team. Getting a daily follow up might not be possible but we will see what can be done.
If updates are available they will be appended to the active private message.
