This is not a solution to the problem, each new player buying a pet of 3 older species, catch a bug.
Must fix no specific pet, must fix all at once. LOL.

Most pets got fixed. Some remained bugged. Helium could not replicate what caused the bug. As such the few people who still have it bugged simply have to send something to support and it will get replaced

it's not just abt that mike ... some of the bugged pets like who were lvl 2 , when ppl use pet growth booster well it doesn't work and also some ppl got pet extention bug AND ppl who newly bought OR rebought the pets still get bug

Look, I understand that it's bugged and some people are having problems with the pet.
I'm not trying to be rude or anything.
You need to understand that helium is working alone on this. So he managed to fix most of the pets. Those that are still bugged need to make a ticket. If the ticket is not answered you can pm helium or varitas or a vm with the ticket number and mention that it is pet bug related and they will try to do it as fast as possible.

man u also didn't get it ... they are not fixing it completely they only fixing the basic stuff ... but pet extention and pet growth booster and pet name change are also bugged to those ppl and yes they have sent a ticket
