I have learned today that you can mix in some aim bolt and trap to help increase dps, I wonder which build has higher DPS?

I would go for AS + warger.
Aimed bolt has a high damage but needs time to set up traps. And it's only reliable if the mvp doesnt summon mobs.
AB + AS consumes a lot of SP if you are doing 1 on 1 with mvp(no mobs mvps). Therefore using more pots. Therefore using more zeny to hunt.
My logic is while hunting is, "why would I be in a hurry killing mvps with high dps at a cost of more pots, if I can kill them slowly using less/no pots."
I really prefer efficiency over DPS.

Both are fine builds to pursue though, and with +15 Crimson Bows currently flooding the market it would be the best time to invest into Aimed Bolt.

Both are fine builds to pursue though, and with +15 Crimson Bows currently flooding the market it would be the best time to invest into Aimed Bolt.
Why is crimson bow better than big crossbow?

Can the MVPs inside ET be anklesnared or does it not work on those bosses?
