I am awake now I was let know about the threads.

 

 

There are two things that were going on and there seems to be confusion about them.

 

1. 

There was a mismatch between one of our payment gateways and real exchange rates when it comes to Cash -> WPE. A couple users were majorly exploiting this for nefarious reasons and they were suspended.

 

The payment team also went through and canceled all the WPE codes that they generated through the gifting system.

 

2.

Payment blocks happen when a user purchases too much too fast. We have limited on your per day purchases to prevent over purchasing in the case of events like issue 1 above. It is my understanding that this timer resets every time you try to login and make a purchase. You must wait the full 24 hours between purchases.

Its being handled on a case by case basis. Only users who purchases thousands of points should be affected. We don't want to punish the common player who unnkowningly got involved with bad people.

Seriously, here I am buying wpe same rate and going hungry and they get free pass. This is unacceptable!
