Drama aside, this is the same case as buying zeny from botting gold seller, no? The WPEs were illegally sought like those botted zeny. Therefore, the sellers and buyers should be punished with the same standard, should it not?

Person A can buy WPE from Person B without knowing, that is an easy possibility (but seems like some people knew and kept buying so that person should be punished as well)

However buying zeny involves you actually spending real money to buy game money. Which isn't allowed (different from buying WPE).

So no one should get banned from buying WPE if they truly didn't know.
