im new to the game and wanted to know is there any up to date summoner guids and other good websits for builds strats and stuff like that for pve

I don't think I have seen any up to date summoner guides here on forums.

For skill builds I'm sure someone will post something, make sure you say pve or pvp or both so they get an idea.(Although both are pretty much the same skill build)
