Hello there,

 

So I've just joined back recently to see what's the fuss about Arcadia patch and wow, I see that there is this new elemental spirit set that is easily obtainable. The stats are also unbelievably good while only requiring a few items to exchange.

 

I walked around town and no one seems to be using it. Can I check if anyone is actually using the set items, and if so, how do you do so effectively? Or is there a reason no one seems to be using it? Max level here so no worries about equip level limit.

It's darn good and at least in pvp I recon it has some part/parts that are best in slot for every class.
Some may not have bothered, some may use pure dmg/ms for pve purposes, some may not know about these.

They're still fairly new and can be hard to enchant knowing you can't shift the highest level belt prior to the elemental hero accessories.

But yeah some might not be willing to sacrifice movement speed and damage for +12.5% resist/attack(+5 ~12.5% in pvp)
