Reached the 2nd footprints on 2. Floor, dialog box appeared, but did not get 10 random potions and can't find the 3rd footprints on the Location it should be.

Been reported a few years ago. As far as I'm aware, there are no plans to fix this part of the quest. You can still finish it, though. Just go on to the next steps.

When tested, 3rd and 4th footprints work, keep walking over the cells till the window pops up. Don't use hide or cloak, kill the monsters around the location if necessary.

The potions giveaway didn't work however.

I found the third one it was on 77/213, 4rth one was 86/254, cells where u can't stay and getting pushed away.

 

Was looking about a hour for the third footprint before... just on the wrong direction

 

Yeap, i saw your Topic, ZeroTigress, so i thinked it was the 2nd footprints glitch which caused the problem.

For reference, I reported this issue three years ago. Pretty sure this will never be fixed.
