Like in the academy when you start the tutorial , i want to become a thief the quest has me to kill the mobs in room but i cant attack them , i have my knife equiped but when i left click my character just walks to the mob but dosnt do anything and i cant progress in the game

Did the NPC provide you with item: Thief Manual? Equipping the manual item will allow you to use certain skills for quest completion.

Yes i forgot to mention i equiped the thief manual too i draged envenom and steal to my shorcuts to the top but have no idea how to use them as well , i click on them then on the mob but nothing happens same when i just left click nothing happens

Try to re-position your character to be as close as possible to the test Poring monster.

put envenom in f1 shortcut.
click f1, target a poring. you need to be directly above/below the target.
