OCTOBER 14 AND UNTIL NOW, I THINK REFINE EVENT DOESN'T ANYMORE EXIST. BECAUSE I UPGRADED 5 WOE ROBE SET AND 4 HEROIC BACKPACK AND NONE OF THEM GOES TO +7. SPECIALLY HEROIC BACKPACK 3 PCS HEROIC BACKPACK FAILED WHEN GOING TO +5 AND THE OTHER BROKE WHEN GOING +6. I THINK GM OR ADMIN MUST CHECK IT. 

 

I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE EXPERIENCE THIS, EVEN OTHER PLAYERS TOO.

Its still active, got 2x +10 crimson dagger yesterday that is 2 out of 3 starting from 0

yesterday i upgraded some random stuff using leftover ores. out of two +0 lvl 3 weapons, 1 made it to +9 before breaking, other made it to +10. then +12 in 7 ores.

Maybe I missread the site post but it looked like the event was only for items over +10?
