Does anyone can log-in there ?

I try it by Chrome and Internet Explorer but after I enter the login and password page is reloaded and all
It didn't make any difference and I can't send new ticket without log-in =(
How to solve this problem ?

You can submit tickets without being logged in at all.
Include a working email adress in your text and kindly ask the support team to respond to this adress.
This already worked for a lot of people.
