did you let people use your account or something?  there is no way a ticket should go past a month.

I've had an issue myself. I am the player who created the RO Quiz, Hide n Seek, and Race events for my old guild where I gave zeny and kafra items that I paid for as prizes. I had been playing for years and then had to take some months off do to medical issues and when I came back my warpportal acount password worked fine but all my accounts where banned and I don't know how the hacker did it but you know when you sign into your warpportal.com and select your account to view your game account profile there are 4 accounts for Ragnarok Online. I thought you could only make 3 accounts per game with any e-mail address. The 4th account registered was an account someone called <>.

Eventually I found out that is was someone from over seas that also got my credit card number. I have already gotten my credit card info cleared up with my credit card company and was issued a new credit card so at least that is all clear but I am still upset that I lost my friends lists, characters, and all the kafra items I perchased with real money in the past for my rune knight, but that is in the past. I'm not going to worry about it anymore since the GM Team never answered my tickets with any real convising responces that they were looking into solving the issue.

I have already created a new e-mail address and just got my new character to rune knight a couple days ago. I have also created a new guild with my new account and got it to level 3. I have decided to do all I can to help new players by sitting in Izlude from time to time to welcome them to the world of RO but in no way will I ever put my personal info into my profile to help prevent ID theft again in the future. The old e-mail for the account is this one I'm typing this message from is my old account and has been deleted as well so I don't think there is anyway now to get anything fixed. This is the last time you will ever see a message from this account. The info in the profile has also changed to someone named d****. it even says in the profile that this person is a scam. Makes no sense to me. Anyways, everyone out there please be on guard. You never know what can happen to your account. Take care everyone, I love you all.

Hello,

From what I have gathered every hack/scam case is handled based on the available data. Not every hacked account is restorable, and not every scammed item is retrievable, take a note that it is a case by case matter.

The important point here is that the staff strongly discourages account ID sharing, it causes severe complications when it comes to hacking/scamming/account verification incidents.

Another thing to mention, when it comes to shared computers please be aware of the "saved passwords and emails" feature found in the web browsers. Users with malicious intents may take advantage of this feature to log on your things and steal confidential data.

The staff will do their best to assist when it comes to these issues, but first and foremost please be protective of your account data, emails and passwords.

That being said, unfortunate that the initial case didn't end well, this topic has reached its purpose.

Good luck in your future endeavors Jen1oak.
