Hey! Is there another way (like a quest or something related) to get an Autumn Headband instead of buying it? It is currently very overpriced (almost 1bi).

It from independence day event quest, but this year the quest seems not active
And dunno if next year they still held the event
The price rise cause It have limited supply. Until the quest event appear again, i doubt the price will decrease
