I think the 15X15 bonus dmg doesn't work for warg.
It was never meant to.
Editing this post because I feel the need to flesh this out to explain a few things, I will use a Bow as an example.

$WeaponATK = floor($BaseWeaponATK + $Variance + $StatBonus + $RefinementBonus);
$WeaponATKLow = sfloor($BaseWeaponATK + $VarianceLow + $StatBonus + $RefinementBonus);
$StatusATK = floor($StatusATK * $MildWindMultiplier);
$StatusATK = floor($StatusATK * 2);
// Warg ATK
$WargATK = $StatusATK + floor($WeaponATK * $SizePenaltyMultiplier) + $AmmunitionATK;
// Warg ATK (Low)
$WargATKLow = $StatusATK + floor($WeaponATKLow * $SizePenaltyMultiplier) + $AmmunitionATK;
As you can see, it only takes into account the weapon calc, size penalty and property multipliers too. Later in the actual skill damage portion, it also applies harddef multplier and softdef reduction.
