Not a GM/CM, but for your situation, you should re-send your ticket on Warpportal Support and reference the original ticket number. That's the primary method of connecting with GMs, whereas forums are mostly for connecting to other players. If you haven't already, you should make a Warpportal Support account to track your future tickets. Remember your Warpportal Support account is not linked to your forum account so there is no way to track your ticket by simply posting it here.

Tickets automatically close after a short period of inactivity. If you have a Warpportal Support account, you can reopen your ticket. If a month has passed, and they haven't followed up, it is safe to send a friendly reminder.
