Can someone tell me what are the best MSpeed EQ for Cleric?

and is it possible to get this 2981 MSpeed? screenshots from my cleric friend, Is it true or photoshoped ? she didnt want to show her EQ

I tried with a Fairy, the highest I can get is like 2.5k, thats like 500 mspeed lesser

leprechaun shoes + 20mspd (I believe it is not possible to get 40mspd on these)
any off hand you can wear + 40mspd
IM wings + 40mspd

Either it's the cart backseat across map visual glitch or this.


Wing top hat and leprechaun shoes are low def and mdef which means higher chance to get death glitch, so it's not that good in my opinion.
