It happened to me too but I tried using BokuPay for a mobile game. A week ago, it was working.

Can you please list the mobile carrier you are registered with? Try with or without the country code in the phone number form, let us know how this goes.

My mobile carrier is SMART from Philippines. I tried putting with and without the country code, still the same result. I also have already sent a ticket to the service.
