It will activate if you got hit by a physical damage afaik

It procs when receiving damage, 1% chance.

I am currently enjoying my ifrit card, but I noticed that the damage of the EQ is different when it procs, the minimum damage I saw (w/ EDP in NCT) was 2.3k and the max is 24k. Does it procs lvl 1 ~ lvl 10 eq?
