Cant fix it? it has been years. aug 3 2015 to be exact but until now no update about it. What if transfer my 9 characters in other account? is it possible? if it is. i hope its for free in my case.

Users with persistent Thor DC issues must keep their tickets in "Active" status.
On the character transfer, please discuss that with the GM staff, see if they can process that out for you. You may use the same ticket.
