By "str" you mean strength ? Because as far as I know strength isn't worth it to focus on at the moment. Though, I do agree with the gear you adviced. About the soulcrafts, I think it is better to take the +10% Max HP on the backpack (+5% for IM backpack) since you can reach the 40% FCSR easily as a destroyer. Once you reached the 40% FCSR it is useless to stack AGI since it only increases your critical/evade/aim rate. And aim rate is kind of useless at the moment, evade rate is useful in PvE but has a maximum that is pretty easy to reach once you've got AGI on every armor soulcrafts.

What I meant is that I prefer to take as much health as I can once I reached the maximum FCSR since health has no maximum.

 

If you want to play PvE I think getting strength isn't a bad idea, but in my opinion taking health is way better in PvP. Moreover, it has been mentionned by Popcorn on another topic that getting more than 290% attack speed is useless for the X-spam, but it is still useful to make multiple chain-combos faster.

I assumed pve. That should clear things up. Like you said if you plan to pvp running hlt/max hp is the right thing to do as a primary stat.
