  Last week, I lost my HP+1% enhancement when I trying to dye my favorite ponytail. 

 

  The first time when I see this cute costume will be include in the costume box, nothing can explain how excited I am. I can't wait to buy a lot of costume box, just trying to get one.

  My cute ponytail ! It looks perfect with all my characters! I feel nothing could be better!

 

  But when I trying to dye the ponytail to make it even more attractive, I lost the HP+1% enhancement on it! I haven't see any instruction warning me that if you dye the costume you will lost the enhancement.  Neither NPC in game nor in the community chat.

 

  Then I submit ticket immediately. The GM team first ask me to wait and submit my ticket to another team (Player experience specialist). So I wait with patience.

  Today, I get the final answer that: IT IS THE PLAYER'S FAULT! THE LOST IS INTENDED! 

 

  Well, if I know it, I will never do this stupid action.

 

  So I wanna ask, is it really my fault ? Did anyone see there is warning for dye costume? 

  And can someone tell me what should I do now? Is it possible to further argue with that? Thanks in advance.

guess when you dye the costume, GM replaced your current costume to a new costume (which is default costume). guess you need to send a ticket.

Calm down. They said the item cannot be restored because it was lost not due to a bug in-game.

But still, since it is not a bug, why we cant see any warning info when we tried to dye the enhanced ponytail? This is not fair! Why would we dye it if we knew the enhancement was gonna be lost?

did the NPC warn you that you will lose the enchantment if you revert the color to white?

The Costume Ponytail has a different ID per dye, so it makes sense the enchantments are lost once dyed. There should be a warning on the NPC's dialogue window that states so, if not the CMs will look into it next week.

Maybe wait a bit more and try again? There is really no reason to not restore or compensate your loss. I'm not saying you raged when you submitted a ticket but try to be as polite as possible.

When I rage quit the game and deleted my RGs, then I changed my mind and I submitted the ticket. They helped me to restore everything on my account. I've done this two times so far and the GMs who assisted me did a fantastic job. My ticket consisted lots of please, it's my fault, and I'm a nice guy Chakri, etc trolololol

if they didn't warn u in game about the possibility of losing the enchant then it's really not ur fault. It sucks that u can't get compensated.

even if the warning is added to game later he should still get his stuff back

Probably there's going to be more! It's not uncommon for people to constantly dye their hair, and it's likely that they would want to dye their pony/twin tails to match.

 

Just for the info, is he going to be justly compensated for this trouble?

Constant hair dye may cause hair loss though, I do not recommend it.

because the twin tails count as double enchant Hence the name twin. So they deactivate it until they can fix the bug and make it only one enchant for both tails.

No!!! He DID NOT get back his enchantment!!!!!

So this is saying he DESERVED the lost of his enchantment cuz even he didnt see any warning info before dying, but didnt consider the possibility of losing it??? COME ON!! he is only a player, not the game maker!!!
