There's a blank message box with only "OK" button appear (along with when the game window appear). When I clicked it, the game window suddenly closed.

Hey,

 

We're not detecting a global issue for this that's affected logins, so it might be something weird with your ISP.

 

I suggest creating a support ticket so a GM can walk you through a tracert and help you figure out what might be causing the game to not install/load properly:
