I canot seem to put a skill point into the said skill. However, during soul link the skills becomes activatable. Has the update to that skill come where it no longer requires a skill point in it or is my TKM just that magically special?

i think you must manually distributed skill points to its prereq. or tried not to use skill tree(maximize UI)
