as stated in title

after reading through some posts and the general leveling guide by fuyukins, here are the best places right now 
scaraba hall

bifrost tower (not sure which floor)
NTF

taking into account bounty boards (I have no VIP tho) which among these three have the best exp/hour? or are there other alternatives? I feel like scaraba hall isn't giving me much exp at this point now.  

Also, do I have to do the mora entrance quest and other long quests to get to bifrost tower? (tho from iro db, the maps can be memo-ed by acolyte warps)

scaraba still the best until 150. bounty board is literally doubling the exp of monster given. if you choose to all base level reward, it is nearly 3x exp.

for mora and bifrost board, GX might have some difficulties in bifrost (in bifrost tower, lichterns will give you problems, in bifrost field both menblatt and petal are ranged). NTF only accessible for one hour a day, if you DC on NTF, then it is over for you.

Bifrost 2 with a water endow. 

 

I dislike Scaraba for its lack of mob density, but that's also an option.

from the irodb, mob looks less dense in bifrost tower. or is it a discrepancy?

i'll just have to check it out myself

 

is bifrost 2 better than bifrost 3?

I prefer the density and lack of dispel from faithful managers. There are 4 monsters on floor 2, and all of them have bounty board in Mora. On floor 3 there are 3 monsters, and only 2 have bounty board. 

 

I suggest water endow because one of the monsters is ghost and the other is fire element, and the red lictherns are what hurts the most anyway.

I prefer posion enchant so it gets a boost on both red lichtern and cenere

That works too, though you only do 25% damage on the yellow (ghost) lictherns.

But the yellow lichterns are just as tough as the red ones

Should I take an ifrit armor? fire bolt hurts as hell. The bolts that yellow lichterns are casting is soul strike, right?

Yeah (it is soul strike). I found I was fine with neutral armor, but you can wear fire if you want to. 

 

IMO the red ones are the only real danger, and in part because you can be stone cursed.
