I've been trying to do the quest for hours now, but step 11-12 keeps bugging out (According to this: http://irowiki.org/w...ed_Spirit_Quest)
I've searched around the forum a lot for this and did again steps 7-11 as well as talked to the npc twice, but still it keeps bugged.

in fact now the Representative NPC only shows 1 dialogue option, which isn't even the quest one




What should I do now?

the message won't display as well as I won't be warped to the location I should
in fact, nonthing happens

Got it, aparently an alchemist was standing there blocking the quest/dialogue, so I had to move him with thorn wall

Did you talk to the elder in step 4/5?

Did the spirit at the entrance pop out for you? If not talk to the Elder in step 4/5.

Did the lady ever (at any point) display a different option? If so, have you gone to the library already?

If the library worked, are you wearing the Grampa Bear and Geek Glasses? (This is necessary)

Female alchemist? I wonder why people do it... i had to deal with an alchemist as well when i did my quests. That alchemist does nothing just afks in the cell where the 

dialogue pops
