5 stacks of 2k weight. Anyone can pull out a 2k weight stack, so at worst you would need to withdraw one stack at a time, 5 times to get all 10k weight out of it.
that actually sounds more reasonable. thanks Tofu

Can they actually do that? Allow the same item to be stacked into different slots in the same mail.
@Ayin: I think what Renouille meant is that they allow people to take out X from an item stack in the mail instead of taking them all out at once. This way, say you got mailed 8k of something but your character can hold only 6K, you take 4-5K out, store and return for more. With the current system as I'm told you have to take the entire stack out in one go, your character has to be able to hold the same as well.

So, I was just contacted by my guilds woe supplier. I am posting behalf of them, the woe mail data. It seems it takes about 165~ mails for woe 1 and 185~ mails for woe2 and about 120~ mails for woe te with a limit cap of 8~10k approx. So coming to around 470~500 mails per week for woe supplies.

Maybe derailing the topic, but wouldn't it be better and easier to adjust the weigth of slims?
