During the month of October 5,694,962 slim white potions were mailed. With an average of 2744.56 slims per mail.

Can't speak for others but, with my own experience with brewing is: The highest weight the the brewer account has is 7000 (1 str / Increase Weight Limit 10 / Gym Pass' Increase Weight Limit 10). Which is the standard weight for a biochemist brewer. The absolute max that could be done is a 130 STR Mechanic with Increase Weight 10 and Gym Pass 10, coming to 11700 weight (wouldn't be too hard to do for a brewer only account. Make a Mech level 104, and reset your stats to have pure 130 STR).
Which means at the moment, the most efficient way to supply the brewer is using the mail system. For myself, that means mailing 450 White Potions at a time. Which comes to 67 mails just to stock 30k White Potion in storage. Average brewing session is usually brewing 60k slims, so double that to 134 White Potion mails to the brewer. Lets say someone had that Mechanic with 11700 weight, that would be 780 white potions per mail, making it require 39 mails for 30k white potions to be moved.
With the implementation of RODEX, the absolute maximum amount of white potions that can be mailed to a brewer is 133 due to the 2000 weight limit per mail. Meaning you would need to mail White Potions 226 times. Making the mail system basically out of the question in terms of moving white potions to a brewer account. Making the next most efficient way is to have a mechanic with that 11700 weight, and to tediously buy and open your own storage 39 times.
Basically white potions and their 15 weight suck and are hell for a brewer trying to prepare brewing.

What about blue herbs and other woe items?
Alot.. I am pulling data as I go. kRO said that they think we can configure the limits.

I would say we mail over 2K messages per month just for woe. So more then 500 messages per week with potting and supplies.
Lies ... I dont get any -_- before, during, and after WoE lol

I know this is off-topic but do you have any information regarding the 99 stamps a player gets per character? Or is it per a/c and how does it renew? Within a 24 hour time period for the whole thing or a few stamps per hour? I neither brew nor WoE but assuming the current mail system allowed you to send x amount of mails per day without any drawbacks then increasing the RODEX weight limit of the 5 combined stacks to 10k or something will still leave people perplexed as to how they go about mailing since each mail now consumes 1 stamp.

You can drop+greed in the mail room, though that's a bit risky. With the implementation of RODEX, the absolute maximum amount of white potions that can be mailed to a brewer is 133 due to the 2000 weight limit per mail. For every 30k slims I mail:
Before the last reset I had:
- 3 x 10,000 WSS (10,000 weight)
- 6 x 5,000 slims (10,000 weight)
This took place between 2016-04-29 and 2016-10-28 (182 days), for an average of 5,490 / 182 = 30+ mails per day.
- 117,120,000 points
- 117,120,000 / 6.4 = 18,300,000 slims
- 18,300,000 / 30,000 * (3 + 6) = 5,490 mails
Since the last reset I've sent 1,044 mails in 33 days, for an average of 31+ mails per day... and the number almost certainly would be higher if sales had not been depressed for much of that time due to skelly cat bonus.
You can drop+greed in the mail room, though that's a bit risky.
I have pm'd camps on my numbers but still here is a rough outline. I work about 10~11k weight per mail and at least 200 mails in a week when am fully active.
As for drop greed, it's unfair if someone picks up or we get dc'd once we drop. All the work wasted, so yea a lot risky ...

HQ has said they will create a new build with our requirements of 10,000 weight and 200 mails per day.
Currently they are investigating a 4000 weight limit and 300 mails per day.
Concern is that characters without the weight can't retrieve mail items. This should allow enough mail capacity to meet demand.

Thanks Camp, I have also had a word and showed the people that are on an exchange and from the dev team here this page, they will let their team leaders know directly back over there.

4k weight limit means 2k slims per mail, meaning it'll take me 90 mails or more every week, when usually it takes 20-30. Why can't it be unlimited?
The old feature has a send back item. Shouldn't ROdex have it as well? If you can't retrieve an item, you can always send it back to the sender that can and have them re-do. So why is "Concern is that characters without the weight can't retrieve mail items." even an issue?

can we make it 8k weight instead?

doesnt the Rodex have the send back feature or was that scrapped?
They expect you to get it right the first time around.
Also, event items are to be distributed through RODEX instead of Code the Redeemer, so I would imagine there would be people who will accidentally send event items back to the GMs.
People refuse to read all buttons no eyeballs >.>

As ayin stated.. Rodex doesn't have send back feature ?
300mails might be enough for Brewers but 4k weight isn't even close. And 4k weight might be enough for woe supplying but 300mails might not be enough for the woe guilds.
I understand they are just testing initially with these numbers. Thanks a lot camps for your efforts !!
