good day.. respectfully and humblely i message to you.. i regret to inform you that i my account was hacked and my items are gone.. i do hope you can consider my message and help me.. i just want to recover my lost items. i do know what items are lost .. please help me GM thank you

Hello sluj99,

For hacking incidents please submit a support ticket. In the ticket make sure to explain what you think has happened, the staff should be able to assist accordingly.

 

To keep a good track of tickets, it is preferred to have a WP support account, learn how to create a support account and send tickets here.

i cant access my warpotal support account,, i already forgot my ID and my email here please help me vmod cinnamon T_T

You can create a new support account for now, retrieving password for the old may take a bit of time.

Note: To retrieve login for a support account sending in a separate ticket is required.

can i use new warportal support account even in diffrent email that is not used for the said account ??

For the registration it should be fine, but in the ticket make sure to fill in the necessary information for your account ID/email.

To view older tickets please read the support article here. If the View Tickets button is not available then make sure the new support account is verified. Let us know if you are still having issues with the support account.

Did you check spam/junk folder? What kind of email are you using? (please don't type the full email here just the provider name).

yup i do double check it already.. im using a yahoo account


theres an asterisk in line with email account i dont know what it means

Can we have a screenshot please? Use imgur or tinypic to host the screenshot.

 

Other Suggestions:

  • Test the new support account if you can login with it or not. If the page returns an error message then please state so in your next reply.
  • Try another web browser: Firefox, Chrome, Edge, IE, etc.
  • Try another email provider: Gmail or Hotmail.

vmod cinnamon thanks its ok now. i used diffrent email i use gmail rather yahoo.. i will proceed my ticket now.. and one more thing can i change my email of my wp account. i cant open my yahoo account i used to this one

If your Yahoo account is no longer accessible then yes, it should be possible to email change.

It means you can't use the same (old inactive email), so the new Warpportal Email address must be new and different than the old.
