Hi GM, 

 

I was hunting for strawberries in Payon a while ago (about 5:50 pm PH time) when my char (Ranger - Jinora) was warped into an area, there were other characters that were warped in too, we were like 6 in there. 

Then I was disconnected, when I tried to log back, there was a message - You are prohibited to log until 2020-12-13 00:00 (6). Is my account banned? I am not using a bot. Please fix this. Thank you.
